Maiison is an Architectural design and construction company specialising in the implementation of premium category projects.

Our company’s purpose is to meet the needs of Hungarian and foreign clients looking for an experienced design and constuction team, which can deliver creative high-end design and high quality, precise construction. We provide a full turn-key service to our clients, ranging from the initial real estate consulting, through to the design, construction, and final handover and use of each project.

Through our services, we offer our Clients more than 15 years of real-estate industry experience, which we have collected during our architectural and construction projects in England and Hungary. Using this expertise, the standard multi-stage implementation process can be replaced by a smooth, one-stage process that offers our clients the most optimal solution for their projects.

During the implementation of our projects, we work together with highly qualified professionals and sub-contractors, who consider the quality of their work and meeting customer needs just as important as we do.

Our Team

Zoltán Gyura

Msc. Architect

Zoltan studied at the Technical University of Budapest, and at the Leeds Beckett University, England, receiving a master’s degree in Architecture from both institutions. For eight years he worked as a project manager in leading architects’ offices in England and then returned to Hungary in 2014, where he turned his attention to project management, construction and real estate development. At MAIISON, Zoltan is responsible for the design and construction management.

Gerda Gáti

Economist

Gerda has received her master’s degree in Business Administration from the Corvinus University of Budapest, and completed her studies at the Passau University, Germany. Gerda has been working as a financial and investment consultant at some of the largest Hungarian and international companies. At MAIISON, Gerda is responsible for the financial management of projects and for coordinating the company’s image and marketing activities.
