Full renovation of a 90 m2 Buda hillside terraced property, with a design and construction commission. The apartment was constructed using state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems and an intelligent home system, all in line with the Client’s requirements. According to the new layout design, only the structural walls were preserved from the existing apartment, thus creating a modern, 3-room, open-plan kitchen and living room layout. A new, 4-meter-wide sliding terrace door was installed in the new open plan living area, which, together with the large refurbished terrace, provides wonderful views of Budapest. The refurbished property was included in the Octogon Deco magazine.
